Did you know that celery is one of the healthiest veggies out there? You probably hear a lot about spinach, kale, apples and lemons but this green vegetable is often forgotten and little spoken about.
Not only does celery have plenty of health benefits but it’s also very versatile! It can be eaten both raw and cooked. You can add it to vegetable juices, smoothies, stir-fries, raw and cooked soups, steamed or baked veggie dishes and salads.
Here are 20 health benefits of this universal and healthy vegetable.
1. It is very hydrating.
Celery is high in water content (95% water) and electrolytes, which are vital for proper hydration and cellular functions. For a super re-hydrating drink (e.g. after a long flight or after having food poisoning), mix freshly pressed celery juice with coconut water, which is also high in electrolytes. This special drink works way better than over-the-counter rehydrating powders.
2. It is packed with alkaline minerals.
Celery has potassium, magnesium, sodium and iron and therefore is very alkalizing and neutralizes the effects of acidifying foods such as meat, dairy and highly processed foods. These minerals are also essential to many bodily functions.
3. Sodium that is available in celery is soluble and organic. and therefore more absorbable.
It is much easier for your body to absorb the salt in celery as opposed to regular table salt. This helps get rid of the salty food cravings, which is vital if you’re trying to eat healthier.

每個五月,於我來說都是一段難熬的時日。五月,本就是一個忙碌不堪的月份,而今年的事情尤其的多。工作加多了,我卻還在排練節目時扭傷了腰,這無疑是雪上加霜。教學不能落下,節目不能不排練,那么,我只能拖著疼痛堅持每天的教學工作與節目排練。
我知道,人生之路不只是風和日麗,還有淒雨迷離;人生之道不光是一路平坦,還有坎坷泥濘;人生之程不盡是一帆風順,還有暗礁橫生。奔走在人生旅途,驚喜與歡欣是生活的厚賜,煩憂與傷痛是生活的磨礪,沒有人能不被煩惱憂愁侵擾,沒有人能不被悲痛心傷突襲,唯有在每個平淡的日子裏擁一抹溫馨來淡化煩憂,在疼痛面前挺直自己的脊梁,拋下一切憂傷,淡化一切惆悵,吞噬一切孤獨,用微笑與堅強來撐起自己的天空,方能迎來絢麗的彩虹,擁有璀璨的人生。
都說痛而不言是一種智慧,笑而不語是一種豁達。然而,誰不想在痛的時候,能有人撫慰,讓心靈得到慰藉;誰不想在被他人誤解的時候,能及時解釋清楚誤會,不用承受那種無法辨清的苦不堪言。要做到痛而不言,得承受多少次傷痛的洗禮,多少次無人問津的落寞?要淡然地做到笑而不語,得修煉到多么博大的心胸?
身體的疼痛,工作的繁忙,再加上生活的困擾,讓自己變得極其的焦躁不安。心底,特別向往一條通往寧靜港灣的心路,萬分渴望一個安寧湛藍的天空來放逐心靈的鬱結。那是一個寧靜祥和的天地,輕柔如風,素淨如雲,不染纖塵,不聞喧囂。一片輕盈飄逸的白雲,慢慢悠悠地飄蕩在素淨的天空,不疾不徐;一縷溫柔潔淨的微風,輕輕柔柔地飄拂在廣袤的曠野,清新怡人;一抹淡雅清麗的花香,漫漫卷卷地飄灑在清幽的空中,淡雅清麗。棲居在寧靜的時空,憑欄遙望,風輕雲淨,時光靜美,歲月沉香。
神仙居景區位於仙居縣城西約20公裏的白塔鎮境內,總面積15.8平方公裏,原名西罨寺,景區內有景點60多處。這些景點各領風騷,受到中外遊客的青睞。贏得了“神仙居住的地方”、“桃源仙境”等眾多贊譽,故命名為“神仙居”景區。神仙居引人入勝之處,在於一山一水、一崖一洞、一石一峰都能自成一格,有不類他山,異乎尋常的景觀形態。
從剛開始“失去視覺”的不適感到後來逐步適應,短短的75分鐘內無論是大人還是小孩子都會受益良多,這才是真正可以帶孩子反復來的周末好去處,也是讓孩子在快樂中學習到一些知識的地方,當然前提是孩子要有一些膽量才行。
“神仙居”之奇在於她的奇峰異石,飛瀑清溪。那些淩空的巨石,或像報曉的金雞,或像步履蹣跚的老人,入口處山峰,巨石如人,猶“迎客山神”向人們頻頻頷首,與雁蕩“接客僧”有異典同工之妙。陡峭的山澗之中,有一石如猿猴,四周水花飛濺,謂之“金猴戲水”,形象逼真奇特。山崖有球形巨石重疊的“鼓樂迎賓”;有似蘑菇,又似“生命之源”、“人類之初”意象的山峰;有氣勢雄偉、凶猛、戲球的獅子峰;有形象逼真的隱將岩、象鼻岩、駱駝岩;而最奇特的要數將軍岩,高幾十米,眉、目、鼻、嘴、輪廓分明,栩栩如生,可稱大自然之妙造傑作。更有趣的是,“將軍”目光注視著正前方,一位頭戴花環,手置胸前的美女神態安祥地倚崖而睡,山形自然起伏,形似美女苗條、和諧的線條。奇異獨特,鬼斧神工,令人歎為觀止。
在黑暗中對話遊戲過程中孩子必須要依靠對身邊人的信任完成活動,逐漸的孩子將學會如何通過信任對方更好地完成活動,也會成為未來更完美的自己。
神幻多變的雞冠岩,移步換開,有“金雞報曉、“神筆畫天、“仙翁觀瀑”、“天馬行空”、“一帆風順”五種迥然不同的形象。還有相對高度達到200米的五老岩,形態各異,如同五位長老,或仰望、或俯首、或舒臂、或沉思,形成一組巨大的天然雕塑。其側壁有石極似猴子,名曰悟空岩。南側穀中有一座拔地而起的柱峰,為擎天柱。五老岩與擎天柱之間,謂曰西天門,若在兩峰架索淩空飛渡,其高、其險、其雄均勝雁蕩飛渡一籌。
黑暗中對話的一個創舉,是創造了機會讓表面有缺陷的人(如盲人、聾人等)發揮他們所長,令所謂「健全」的人獲得有意義的體驗,讓後者重新認識自己,及獲得新的知識及體悟。
崖奇、洞奇。景區四周除少數幾處為陡壁外,其餘均為絕壁懸崖。有的如鐵棉鋪展,有的如裙卷百褶,有的如天柱拼列,有的如高簷長廊,變化無窮。壁間因受風雨侵蝕,形成了色彩豐富的圖案。在千仞絕壁上布滿了大大小小數百個洞穴,如水簾洞、夫子洞、龍宮洞、觀音洞、通溫洞。這些洞容量不大,結構簡單,但在高崖中有懸洞,且洞中有洞,洞中有水,水中有洞,實屬奇罕。
山奇水亦奇。由於神仙居上遊為大片原始的常綠闊葉林,植被豐富。所以,景區內流淌而過的溪水清麗純淨,沒有絲毫汙染,被專家們鑒定為一級飲用水。又因景區地形複雜,山勢險峻,崖穀縱橫而成清潭飛瀑,交相輝映,各顯風彩。在大雨過後,四周絕壁上,數百泓瀑布傾瀉,如一條條白練懸掛。雨後放晴,陽光折射,飛虹如練,蔚為奇觀。其中,飛天瀑和象鼻瀑終年不斷,異象萬千,歎為觀止。飛天瀑高百餘米,四季風光不同,秋冬如珠簾下垂;盛夏雷雨過後,如一條怒龍、震天撼地;陽春季節,則變得輕盈,柔美。象鼻瀑,位於“象鼻鎖澗的澗口,落差數十米,但水勢洶湧,如銀河直瀉,轟鳴咆哮,空穀回聲,令人耳目一新;飛流濺沫處有一深潭,名罨源潭,光緒《仙居縣志》稱其“上有蓋石如罨然,洞口冥冥,莫測其底,石上坦平,方廣數丈,遙仰大潭,洞不可階”;古代每逢歲旱,附近鄉民常至此求神祈雨,以遂心願。
景區上遊的瀑布群和龍潭群也奇。在象鼻瀑上遊不到500米遊道的峽穀深澗中,密布著十一泄飛瀑和十三口形狀各異的深潭,這些瀑布或急或緩,急若怒龍噴灑,緩似美女梳妝;深潭水或綠或藍,有的形似月琴、天槽,有的狀如元寶、豆碗,且潭水中棲息著憨態可掬的國家二級保護動物娃娃魚——蠑螈,實為國內罕見的奇觀。
神仙居以其秀麗奇特的風景,2001年被省旅遊系統評為省內五大旅遊精品之一,並被浙江省作家協會評為浙江作家創作基地,2002年列為浙江省攝影家協會創作基地。
最近我和最好的姐妹逛街的時候就發現了這麼一個親子好去處,希望能夠等BB再大一些就帶他來體驗一下,這個好去處是哪裏呢?那就是能夠體驗不一樣人生的「黑暗中對話」。
